Due in part to demographic trends, it is becoming increasingly difficult for OEM machine builders to keep up with the latest technology while the market demands highly automated machines with controls of ever-increasing autonomy. This offers huge opportunities for OEM machine builders. Not only by supplying production machines with the latest technology, but especially throughout their life cycle in the form of specification management, updates, knowledge sharing, support and making valuable machine data available.
Technology collaborations
The awarding of grants and government programs can be seen as recognition of the Netherlands' valuable contribution to social progress and economic growth. From grant programs not only valuable commercial collaborations and chain innovations arise. We are also active in all kinds of collaborations for developing new technology. For example, we are an active member of TValley, an important partnership to put practice-oriented research in the East Netherlands region on the map.
