Background

A process controller for preparing various types of apple compotes, purees and syrups.

The process includes cooking, blending, mashing, pasteurizing, cooling and filling apple compote.

Challenge

Hygiene requirements must be taken into account in the design; both preparation and filling must be carried out sterile.

Solution

The control installation consists of one main panel with multiple sheet panels, control panels and SCADA. The plant is built according to the HACCP hygiene code and consists of an aseptic tank, 3 process tanks (batch preparation of semi-finished products), a filling plant, CIP cleaning and container cleaning.
