Background
Developing and supplying control sets for hooklift and skiploader systems to enable quick and easy raising, transferring and tipping of containers.
The systems are suitable for handling a wide range of loads and containers. With high quality workmanship and an unmatched standard of robustness, the systems are used in segments as diverse as construction, recycling, defense, agriculture or firefighting.
Challenge
Systems must be capable of reliable and durable use with the highest level of safety and ease of use in demanding environmental conditions such as temperature range, vibration, shock, moisture and dust. Also, the system must be ruggedly constructed and easily assembled by a bodybuilder.
Solution
A body builder mounts pre-assembled and tested steering kit on trucks. The truck driver can choose from two modes: loading/unloading or tipping. Once the mode is chosen and the joystick is operated, the system follows an automatic cycle. This requires less specialized knowledge, eliminating errors. The system has different versions. From three cylinders with single sensors to eight cylinders with dozens of sensors.
Based on a framework agreement, the control sets are serially produced by us in Oldenzaal.
