Challenge
An affordable but safe production machine while shapes of hoses may vary due to tolerances on the production process. Remote monitoring.
Solution
A machine concept where an operator can insert hoses and banjos at a safe, low pressure. Product assembly is performed at high forces while the operator is out of reach of this hazard. The machines have a wireless interface via WiFi. Through this interface, settings can be managed centrally and production information is logged. The information is presented via a web interface on large screens in the production area to indicate the current production versus the desired daily production.
