Background
The demand for sustainable solutions is current in every industry, including water. With the ever-increasing demand for usable water, there is an increasing need for efficient and reliable solutions to treat water.
We develop and supply control sets for a range of water treatment technologies such as filtration, membranes, demineralization, deferrization, softening, reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration or nanofiltration.
Challenge
Realizing control systems for water treatment presents several challenges. These include precisely controlling a wide range of variables such as flow, pressure, pH levels, chemical dosing and filtration processes to meet specific water quality standards. In addition, these systems must be autonomous, robust and reliable to deal with fluctuations in water sources, variable loads and unexpected events, while also pursuing energy efficiency and cost optimization. In addition, they must comply with strict regulations and environmental standards, further adding to the complexity from design to implementation.
Solution
