Your mission
As a Project Leader at RIWO, you play a crucial role in the successful realization of complex automation projects. You lead the project team through structured phases using innovative project methodologies, such as the W-Model, which combines both waterfall and agile methods for optimal synergy. You draft project plans and initiate project meetings to monitor progress. With your drive to make every project a success, you motivate the project team and know how to bring projects to a successful conclusion.
Responsibilities
- Establish and set up project plans, anticipating project needs in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team leaders to effectively assemble the project team.
- Actively identify and evaluate project risks with a focus on manageability.
- Lead the project team by delegating, guiding and motivating to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor progress, quality and budgets throughout the project cycle.
Who are we looking for?
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- A completed college or university education.
- Sufficient experience in a similar role, if within industrial automation would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to motivate and lead a team toward shared goals;
- Mastery of the Dutch language.
