Useful to name
An open application differs from a regular application in one important way, and that is that you are not responding to a specific job opening. That's why it's useful to name:
- Why are you adding value to RWO?
- What are your personal characteristics, motivations and ambitions?
- Why do you want to work at RIWO ?
For us, at least one thing is important: that you master the Dutch language. You don't have to name that, it will be evident from your Dutch motivation :-)
