
As a Service Mechanic you will work in the service department. You focus on quickly and adequately solving service questions of both electrical and software nature.
Service questions are handled from RIWO and, if necessary, you will visit the location in question as a service engineer. In addition, the Service Technician supports the assembly, testing and commissioning of control systems.



Your mission
Your mission is to provide our customers with fast working solutions in the field. This can be either electrical or software related. You can analyze well, are solution oriented and ensure proper registration. Service questions are handled both from RIWO and at the customer's location. When necessary, you provide support for assembly, testing and commissioning of control systems.
The function
- You analyze incoming customer inquiries and translate them into concrete actions;
- You will provide support for the commissioning of installations in the field;
- You will provide service and maintenance at customer sites;
- You identify and identify a customer demand and give advice resulting in improving the customer relationship and customer satisfaction;
- You are responsible for delivering a quality product to the customer;
- You will ensure proper registration and follow-up of service requests.
Your qualities
- A completed MBO 4 education towards electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar;
- You are able to pick up important info from (non) verbal information. You ask further questions on given information;
- You love achieving and maintaining the best possible quality with the resources available;
- You are able to make ideas and opinions clear to others. You use clear language and are able to hold the attention of others;
- You enjoy responding ad hoc to customer inquiries.
