Step 1, choose your job posting

You want to join RIWO . Nice! We'd like to know why you choose Riwo . That starts with your resume and motivation. Behind the apply button you will find everything you need to send your application our way. You can expect a response from us within 3 working days. If we think your profile fits our profile, we will make an appointment for an interview. Otherwise you will always receive a rejection with an explanation.

Step 2, at interview

You will have your first job interview preferably in Oldenzaal, and in some cases by phone. Great, apparently we recognize the right DNA! Do prepare yourself well so we can have a good conversation together, and not an interrogation. After the interview you will hear within 3 days whether you are through to the next round. We will then ask you to take a personality analysis online.

Step 3, enthusiastic!

The second interview always takes place in Oldenzaal. An important part is a tour of our company, so that you get a good idea of your work and workplace. Sometimes a future colleague will join you, so that you can get acquainted immediately. If we are even more enthusiastic after the second interview, we would like to welcome you as our new colleague!
