Order in projects through coordination
Our department functions as the central nervous system to manage all projects within RIWO . We coordinate all aspects of a project, from bid and planning to execution and completion. This includes defining objectives, assigning tasks, managing resources, communicating with stakeholders and monitoring progress and budget.
Through our functional coordination, we ensure that all teams involved and the client are on the same page, tasks are completed on time and the project runs smoothly, resulting in successful and timely delivery. And in doing so, we ensure job satisfaction on a daily basis. Happy teams and happy customers!
Our team
The department has four project managers, a work planner and a team leader. To enhance the success of projects, we work closely with the Systems Engineering department. They focus on the design, integration and management of complex systems throughout their life cycle. In doing so, they help us to identify requirements, bid for complex systems and manage risks.
Our Projects
Because we work with our customers on a multi-year basis, we are not only in constant dialogue with them about new functionality for their existing product systems, but also about innovations. And that brings a lot of variety, from a mix of project with "simple" functional modifications to complex innovation projects with a lot of complexity, uncertainties and changes.

From start to finish
From providing a competitive quote with the functionality a customer really wants, to drawing up a service agreement to support the customer's customer for the availability of product systems. We get a lot of satisfaction from our work because we are involved in the whole process. But by far the most energy we get from working with people. Complex systems are developed with multidisciplinary teams; no one can do that alone. Coordinating this and seeing team members grow is something we enjoy coming to Oldenzaal for every day!
